Exhibit Set Up:------------Wednesday, July 23, 2008, 8 a.m. – 12 noon.
Exhibit Removal:---------Exhibits must be removed by 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 27 unless other
--------------------------------------arrangements-are made with the DECC.
Exhibit Rates:----------$300 for a 8 x 10 draped booth, one 8' skirted table, two chairs,
---------------------------------------company sign, 2 passes
--------------------------------------$550 for a 8 x 20 draped booth, two 8' skirted tables, two chairs,
---------------------------------------company sign, 3 passes
--------------------------------------$800 for a 8 x 30 draped booth, three 8'skirted tables, two chairs,

General: ------------------ ---Booths must observe designated hours. Vendors must provide
-------------------------------------sufficient cash to accommodate their own sales. Display areas are to be left
------------------------clean each evening. Vendors are responsible for the collection
------------------------------------ and reporting of all state and local taxes.
Space Allocation: --- ----FinnFest 2008 is a family event. Any merchandise offered must reflect that
-------------------------------------audience. FinnFest 2008 reserves the right to accept or deny booth
-------------------------------------applications. Payment will be returned for any application that is denied.
Security: ----------------------Exhibits are staffed by the exhibitors during display hours. Security will be
--------------------------------------provided between closing each day and opening the following morning.
--------------------------------------Exhibitors must provide their own insurance.
Lodging: ---------------- -----Lodging options are available on our website: www.finnfest2008.com
Cancellation Policy:----A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 30 days prior to the
-------------------------------------event as long as we are able to find a replacement.
-------------------------------------No cancellations will be accepted under 30 days.
